besides accomplishing all the required tasks in due time, the secretary has to follow the business, to understand the way business is going on in the company and to try to come with innovative ideas in order to reach the goals and objectives of the company, in other words to get involved. when business is flourishing in a company, it must be for sure also the merit of the secretary too!!!
