Agree with Mr.Ali

One which is a very close clone to AutoCAD (at least comparable to the2008 version) is BricsCAD from BricSys. It's similar to the AutoCAD classic interface (i.e. no Ribbon), but does have several of the newer tools, and even some stuff which isn't available in the2014/2015 version of AutoCAD. It's based on an IntelliCAD core. It's fully compatible with the latest DWG versions (e.g.2013/15 DWG files). It's much cheaper than AutoCAD, even cheaper than the AutoCAD LT versions - as far as I can see, you get a CAD much closer to a full version for cheaper than the near-view-only LT version (e.g. AutoLisp addons works very well in BC). But the biggest boon (IMO) is that it's available for Windows as well asLinux!
Revit autodesk would be an excellent choice instead of autocad.
