Try to think of the interview this way: the interviewee's main concern is to try to sell his/her qualifications and expertise to the interviewer, while the interviewer's main goal is to try to sell the company and/or the position to the interviewee. Make sure that, on whatever end of the equation you are, you try to find out as much as possible about the other end.
