Whether the Job Portals really helps in getting interview Calls for NON Residents of UAE? I have never got any call

I never experienced it...................... I think the market is over crowded, a lot of job seekers and a very few opportunities in comparison. 

Companies usually prefer in-house talent rather than hiring out side the country probably due to Visa, language and transportation issues.
