Well, you'll have an understanding of finance, which is a very marketable skill. If you study economics, same thing. If you study both, you have an understanding of both of the fields and that might be even better than one of them alone. Other benefits include making fun econ and finance jokes with people who understand the jargon. I'm not sure how else to answer this question. There isn't like a secret econ handshake, nor are there finance only strip-clubs or any cool benefits like that. You'll know the undergraduate material of a subject and then be ready to get a job in finance or economics which, hopefully, is what you want to do if you are considering these majors.
