So, you have to depend on the relationship or communications or nearest close friends to get a new opportunity that is the most important factor here The second factor is the demand of needs (companies, jobs, sectors) for example you know well that the most needs here in saudi arabia for IT then Sales & Marketing next engineering and etc...
Then you have to follow the needs of the companies.
The third factor is: How to be elegance between others candidates like special courses, extra qualifications, diplomas, etc...
