In your opinion what is the best Arab country which present a good environment for creativity?

UAE

creativity doesn't need a place or a region ,, its all in you .

It's not what the environment can do for your creativity.
It's what your creativity can do to change the environment.

egypt

in meddle east, lebanon, egypt, and Turkey (its not arab country)   replace arab to >>> middle east

kuwait

I guess Egypt would be the best.
What would you get from UAE or Kuwait? Nothing but traffic and heat, even Salik Freeways in Dubai won't help tho ^_^ No I am being serious now, there is a lot of different environments that will help in creativity in Egypt.
Wanna get the feeling of the UAE, its there, Kuwait? Its there; any where else in the Middle East, its also there.
But again, that depends on you or the person who is seeking that type of environment(s).

In my view, it's UAE, because we all see how they are very interested in each sort of technology 

There are two important elementsFirst must provide an enabling environment to stimulus such as the UAE, Lebanon, Egypt and QatarSecond, there should be a special person capable of creativityTwo each of the elements complement each other and guide many of the alien characters in environment created it encouraging and marked by the son of the country when the right opportunity is available

This question is already a barrier for Creativity, the more there are restrictions, the more creative you get. Being creative is to be able to find a solution to a probleme. the more the probleme is challenging, the more creative you get!
