In a team how far 'Everyone is a coach' policy is applicable?

As long as the team leader use the democratic leadership style to lead his team in a healthy professional work environment Thank You.

I can do it with my team to let them know the real meaning for responsibility 

It is good to make your team members more responsible for the different roles but when it comes to take the responsibility it should be the team leader who should stand up and admit it and his directions should be questioned. You have to draw a line as too many minds also not good to achieve a goal as it becomes complicated. The good team leader always listen to his/her team and then implement what ever he feels is good for the company. It can be his own directions, it can be one of his colleagues suggestion or it can be mix of both.

I would say it is probably difficult to achieve "everyone is a coach" because it depend on the number of team members and it depend on the organization of the whole unit. To let everyone to say something or to give some advise is nice and "democratic", but friendship are in  generally "difficult, not to say dangerous in business. You know, "business is business" and somebody has to take the responsibility, has to lead the team. It depend also from the knowledge, communication skills and a lot of other important abilities. To be a Coach is one thing, to say your meaning a totally different thing. So, it is possible, but not easy to achieve, if we are really aware of the responsibility of the effects which the coaching should have.

Everyone is coach means everyone is being given equal chance to say something or to do something so just give the orders to team but fellow also what team member what what to do or say so get the opinion of everyone and behave like a friend in a team, not like leader.
