The quality of tourists in Egypt fell down. There are a lot of Russian always drunk and impolite people who don't need perfect service.

Should we be rude with such guests to calm them down? They don't need guest satisfaction. They need to eat, sleap and get drunk? How guest relation should deal with such kind of people who reply to polite and courtesy answer by the bad words and screaming?

you are the expert here, but i guess the customer relation disciplines force us to always treat the client in good manners and polite attitude no matter how rude they respond. and to get to the point, the loyalty of a tourist with a certain place counts, because all what matters is the money they pay, so whether they are polite or rude guests, as long as they get the right service and right treatment, they will keep coming and paying.
