Artist, designers comes in different genres and tools use for creating a project what is your specialty?

I am a graphic designer, I use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop along with In-design each for it's rule.

Although some projects doesn't require using all the tools.

I'm Architect, and I'm exporting the CAD file as JPG and color it by Photoshop

It depends in the nature of the Project. I'm a. Graphic designer and industrial designer (sometimes I do some interior designing.) i use corel draw (or illustrator for adobe) for logos and  industrial designing, you can make smooth logos without pixelated parts from it, zooming it without pixelating. Same in designing for industrial part. You can make measurements and scaling it easily. I use photoshop for photo enhancements, and as for me i use it for digital painting. 

My specialty i am not taking any picture but i am create one seen in computer on screen by Photoshop i mean painting in the Photoshop

I don't think that artists & designers should stick to one genre. That would put a limitation on one's capabilities. We should be flexible enough so that we can deliver what a client wants or needs. Even in using tools, we should explore the different applications that are available. Each application has a strong feature, like for photo editing you can use Photoshop. For vector drawing, use Illustrator or Corel; for drafting plans, use Autocad; for3D renderings, use3D Studio Max or Cinema4D; for motion graphics, use After Effects, etc.
