depending on your program, intensity frequency and of cos expectation, it should take between6- weeks to as long as it takes for you to see result. My advice, make sure you know what you're doing. if you're not sure, as from a reliable professional(internet sometimes could be confusing as anyone with internet access can offer to give advice(Ironic)
I it very individual! If you working many years it is easy to see results for very short time, but in the case of no active previous life things going step by step and without to forcing body and health (it's going together) at one no invasive and healthy way will be needed longer time but for sure results will come. If its a fitness or bodybuilding type of the workout (3-4) time a week with a regular diet you can see the first visible result after a month...
