Communication, motivation, monitoring and off course your good behavior with your team members will also help to keep them organised.
Talk to your team, communication is essential. Make them involve in everything. Assignment of tasks will motivate them and will make them feel that they belong to your team. Make everyone feel important. Remind them always of your plans, monitor and take control.
Be an example.
There is no better way to teach anyone than to be the change that you want others to be.
Make Clear Resposiblities & Objective for each one and clear Action plan and monitor the work progress and achievement on daily and weekly bases and make a good communication between them
As many have suggested, the sure most way to keep the team organized is giving them clarity of what is expected out of them in a given reasonable time frame.
The focus however should be to have the team engaged and motivated of the goal. this can be accomplished by having the team understand how each of their contribution matters. How is is appreciated and counted. When one know that their contribution matters, they will automatically give it their best and extra tool to separately organize them may not be necessary.
