Traditionally its very difficult, but by gaining experience with an ordinary qualification can make you stand out of the crowd.In the end it is not necessery that your qualification matters, it is all your presentation , communication and your ambition of going up.

No not at all as it is Qualification and experience which make you competent and able to perform particular job.

Employer job is to give detail plan and ojective but he should have team with great expertise and skills  to run the business successfully.But with the passage of time and current developments Employer should also have skills and experience to manage the business.

Difficult but not impossible.

I dont think that this will gona work, talking without knowledge and experiece is just like too much hot air comming out of ones mouth. Employer needs your professional expertise not your fairy tales about moon and stars.
