Well it depends on the kind of job you do.
Personally I don't like my job but have no choice but to do it to get paid and therefore I can pay my bills.
On the contrary If iI get what I strive for would be better remuneration, motivation, personal interest, job satisfaction etc.

هناك اشخاص مدمنين على الوضع الروتيني وهناك اشخاص مدمنين على ايصال العمل من الوضع المبعثر أو المشتت الى المستوى الروتيني والفرق كبير طبعاً فالشخص ال>ي لا يحب الا ان يبدأ بالعمل من حيث ما انتهى الاخرون هو الشخص المحب للعمل الروتيني يعني بالعربي لا يحب يوجع رأسه اما الشخص الاخر وهو ال>ي يقود العمل من مرحلة الفشل الى مراحل النجاح ومن ثم يتركه للشخص الروتيني..
وانا لا احب الشي الروتيني. 

Although it seem like very routine, I think there are good things that I have to learn.
I think the good point we could learn in the routine works is organizing ability of works.

I think one thing and only one thing can always Motivate me to make any routine work needed ( To be something better in the future ) meaning in order to reach the ideal carreer you must do something routine work , even if you reach for a managerial level , Always keep telling yourself there are more and more to learn every day in order to be in the train and not outside of it.
