Where can I find an organization that offers soft skills training programs in the Middle East?

There are different ways of doing it.

1st search for the organizations offering such training over internet. List them down and if possible use search engine to rank them so as to get the best lot. Then do make calls to those places to better understand what all do they cover and how far it is useful, time worthy and affordable for you. Then you can make a choice.

Hi Nisreen, you can visit IELTS in ME they have classes and schedule that will fit your working hours. They have extensive modules for communication skills specially English Class. I found one university that offers spanish but im not sure if they still have available slots. You can also join some organizations (internations.org) there are groups with different nationalities and are open to public. You can either ask some members to teach you their language for free of charge and join their activities.

In my opinion you may also think on employing a soft skills trainer instead of hiring an external company. You may use the trainer to setup an organisation that learns and keep the knowledge inside the company.

I worked as soft skills trainer inside company and as external consultant. The experience as internal trainer is more powerful and gives more benefits for the company.
