What should be the best answer for (why should i hire you?)?

Just say: have a look to my personal profile (= CV) and the profile of the position and you have the answer. If your CV doesn't fit the job description responding on the vacancy has no use in the first place

Because I believe that I’m a good fit for this position. (Based answer on the job description).

 

I am a qualified HR Executive with more than six years’ experience in HR.

 

I have worked with a government support company where we have high standard of compliance and the goal is to provide a customer service satisfaction.

 

Being highly organized and can handle a multi-tasking job are my best qualities and with this I am confident that I can deliver.

 

I may not know everything yet in this job but my eagerness to learn new things and accept new challenges will help me to do so.

 

As my colleagues would tell you that I'm a team player who maintains a positive attitude and outlook. I have the ability to stay focused in stressful situations and can be counted on when the going gets tough. I'm confident I would be a great addition to your team.

First of all I, the employee, should find an answer to this question before applying for the job. I should read the profile of the company very well, gather all the information and answer honestly whether i can make a valuable input and there is a good reason to be hired or not. Then the answer will be simply: According to my information the business of the company is ........, and the employee to be hired should do ...... , and according to my experiences I am able to do ....... That's it

The question is put to check out whether you consider yourself fit for the specific opening or not. Your endeavor should be to match your experience & qualification with the position applied for. Further more your willingness to learn & work for the good of the company needs to be highlighted with a positive attitude & enthusiasm during the interview.

 

I read once that this is one of silliest questions that could ever be asked in an interview. To answer it, just simply reply to the person who poses it: Do I have to tell you how to do your job?!
