Work Pressure is a word used when you have less knowledge of the work you have taken,
So "practise Make Man perfect". so take up the work which you know and you shall be able to handle in work pressure.
work pressure is natural it comes if you don't want to face it during your working as far as i am concern, in this situation i will understand the requirement, discuss with my seniors and colleagues and react according to situation.
Stay calm and focus in mind but active physically.
Handle with your sub -ordinate to discuss about work and how to target your goal and directives to your sub-ordinate in that manner to release the work pressure smoothly and easily. and suggestions shall given fruit full to handle work pressure.
work pressure is a natural in any work place, you have to be calm. take a deep breath to fresh your mind and then try to work efficiently, now you will not face he work pressure
I prefer to separate from chatting
-prioritize your tasks by importance then by urgency
- deligate tasks that can be done by others
- ask your manager for definitions and meaning of "finished tasks" to him
- manage time as much as you can to classify & finish the tasks as follows:
1-urgent important
2- urgent not important
3 - not urgent important
