Do you prefer stability in your current work or take risk by changing work procedures, which may succeed or fail, but if succeeded, will add values?

It depends on my ability to deal with the new procedures and study it very well then take first step  After taking the first step I must beleive in my self and have enough trust that I will succeed in my new mission

I did it twice during my carrier and succeed :)

I always take risks to improve my performance and performance of the environment

Taking moderate amount of risk in anything you do is always advisable. That risk taking ability of yours add to your confidence, experience and make you more mature to face new challenges in and out of your workplace.

I would prefer the risk and change procedure.All sucess always come with its own risk

I usually default to taking a risk, because I like to "push the envelope."  Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, but it's boring doing the same thing the same way every time.
