My Question is that like in Islam, for the solution of Unique issue ( specially and particularly are not find in Fiqa's books as well as other religious books) IJTIHAD/MASHAORAT is a prime source of solution. Is there any such other source to over come on such controvercies in SOPs durign the course of interview?

So, during the course of preparation of SoP, interview panel (IJTIHAD/MASHAORAT) should be mandatory to avoid from any kind of sonority of misconceptions, encryption. Further, in addition, i suggest that three fundamental elements should be clearly and loudly described by the panel before and after conducting the interview Like:
a: impact assessment
b: Transparency
c: selection/grievance mechanism.
