Denmark and New Zealand have got the first ranks as a mini-corruption communities although they were not major industrial states, Why in your opinion?

Corruption Perception Index ranks countries based on perception of corruption in the public sector. Since perception is used to measures corruption which in most case hidden a greater degree of time is required to get an appropriate time.

It is all down to tradition, business culture and a general high level of transparency in everything we (I'm Danish) do.
