I am not sure if I understood your question correctly ... you always can check with AutoCAD

I would draw it in scale1:1 and than scale it into a frame ISO has A0, A1, A2, A3, A4 which will give you the plot scale.
I copied some websites hopefully this will help
http://www.bing.com/search?q=ISO%20has%20A0%2C%20A1%2C%20A2%2C%20A3%2C%20A4&pc=cosp&ptag=A2761E1787A&form=CONBDF&conlogo=CT3210127
gives you many options on ISO paper sizes
http://www.papersizes.org/a-paper-sizes.htm - gives you paper sizes for frames in inches and mm

That version is out of my major.
Selection of cable depend upon load and installation of cable. It deffer as per underground installation, above ground installation, fire and oil resistant, marine area etc.
In Autocad we cant do load calculation. Kindly prefer the general load calculation method by using the required single or three phase formula.
SIZING OF CABLE DEPENDS ON DESIGN DEMAND LOAD CURRENT AND EITHER UG OR OVERHEAD LINE.
selection of conductor size depend on load and Insulation but there is another factor involve line losses if we increase the length of conductor so there is an effect on conductor so before selection that factor also count.
Need a total load computation based on the actual estimation, calculation and schedule of loads to be install, having a proper size of conductor with corresponding total loads calculation should have a maximum ampere ratings for every circuits is basically as per Electrical Code.
you check the correct size by autocab or by calculations/load/voltage/length of cable

Use this link just put some values in it and it will tell you the Conductor size you need.
Good conductor size in autocad not sure about this
