Amendments to Saudi Labor Law (2015), determine different paid vacation for the woman whose husband is dead. Why this discrimination and what basis?

There is no discrimination on paid vacation for the woman whose husband is dead in Saudi, since Saudi Arabia as a country is% populated by Muslim citizens, for that, by this legislation, the Saudi government is allowing working woman to abide by Sharia law. It is mentioned in the holy book of Islam "Quran"  that the woman whose husband is dead has to stay at home for4 months and ten days.
