When facilitating a project, what do you base the success of the project on?Completion or Execution?

Do you only focus on the fact that the project is concluded within the specified timeline or rather how effective your part within the process was/

Completion (Within scheduled time, planned budget and specified quality) in the target, and Execution is the methodology of achieving that target. 

So, project success is about efficient and effective EXECUTION that leads to the COMPLETION of the project according to planned cost, time, and quality
