Winning starts with me having a clear vision and a visible mission complimented by a value systems that is universal in nature is the beginning and then I communicating this to the entire clan and establishing a clear "line of sight" to my entire group / organization in consideration. Taking everyone along, standing up to what has been said and showing courage and transparency in the milestones while taking periodical scores from stakeholders ie. Employees/groups/organization, customers, environment, society etc. to compare where we are compared to where we should be. Appreciating and very importantly, Correcting people in the ways that are most inspiring and motivating. Building and developing teams to develop society and organization to make us best-in-class.
