Negotiation process will be complete if:
1. If acquired minimum3 quotes by a buyer
2. Properly communicated with the vendors who submitted the quote for agreeing Company's standard terms as - Payment Terms, Delivery Terms, Packing and Handling, Warranty & Guaranty etc.
3. Acquired target price/last purchase price.
4. Obtain best possible discount.
5. Get clear all the technical aspects from the end user before processing. Or ask the supplier to meet required quality.
6. Check for any alternative product if possible in case of price excess to budget.
