How can you make an Impact to your Employer that will benefit the Organization?

i believe some below four rules that could lead any organization and employer business right from the bottom to top

4- To bring changes to the organization skeleton and introducing challenging task

- Loyalty

- Efforts and hard work 

- Initiatives and creativity

1. If you are getting interviewed for the job, you should show what your competencies and achievements are , that can help the position you are applying for.

2. If you are an employee, you should focus on what it is required from you by using your skills to improve that, and improve the process of work in general !
