Constructive criticism is the one which gives scope for betterment or improvement by applying correction measures to criticized facts. Its basically a opportunity for growth/ development of the person, whose work got criticized and accepting the truth as it is.

In name sake criticism, it is basically deceiving personally by having a name sake criticism as you think that everything is fine and no need for any betterment or improvement. stops knowledge development.

Pleasure development of the critic is based on the real criticism and the intentions of the criticism. If it is true and real sincere criticism means pleasure is responsibility, honest, duty and making others to develop based on their true criticism.

If wrong intentional and malafide criticism is sadism.

My2 cents.
