Do you think using Ubuntu can be as productive as Windows OS?

Mainly for standard office usage and internet.

Ubuntu is Free and so any other Linux distro.
(Saved ~ $250) You don’t have to buy Office (Word, Power-point, Excel etc.) separately.

I worked in many companies in Bahrain but none of them use Ubuntu, this didn't mean it is not productive but people are not ready for it yet.

For sure, Ubuntu is Linux and Linux is more than ready to replace everyday Windows job.
I'm using Linux as my main OS since2006 and everything going will, I didn't need to back to Windows even I mange Linxu and Windows servers and client machines.
  For now I work as Linux solution consultant and it never fail me down.

Yes, But your entire organization should use it, Else, Windows to Linux and Linux to Windows file transmissions application/Software/document you will feel a pain. :-)

I dont think so for now , beacsue windows as operating system stability is going very powerfull starting from Win7,Win8 , for ubunto i think most of IT Persons like and preferred use it instead of windows as thier local laptop Uses ..
