It depends on your job description. if you are supposed to frequently visit offices in Kuwait than the interviewer cant help you. but if it is office based job than describe your other qualities.
An interview is about you and why you want to work for the organisation, you need to show why you would be an asset for the organisation and find an alternative to the Kuwait experience and showcase your experience you have gained in your current job locally
