How should I handle salary questions during an interview?

I prefer not to give any figures or salary expectations during the interviews, and I could answer the question about the salary (I'm more interested in talking more about what the position can offer my career) this respond could at least offer you a little time to scope out the situation.

My aim is to work for the organision's interest  & strive towards achieving its objectives & give my best to the organisation with my dedicated hard work & sincerity.
I am confident the the organisation will look after my interests.
