Question continued : I have option of adding concealed beam to avoid the beam in between and also to get the best desired thickness on loading.?

If you choose to replace a dropped beam to concealed beam, it's a suitable choice architecturally to have a good appearance, but obviously, the concealed beam have smaller inertia than a dropped beam to take the load due to the parallel section to the load ''depth of beam''.

So, the dropped beam have a higher inertia to take the load, but the architecturally looking is ugly, while the concealed beam is opposite, but needs more reinforcement to substitution the small depth of the beam.
