Does your age really matter when you are looking for an office job?

Age matters when it comes to be professional because maturity and experience matter. That does not mean that youth are not a good option, but you cannot be a fresh graduate or an entry-level and provide the same attitude, expertise and sense of the job. Anybody who wants and is able to can learn new things, but experience is what makes the difference. School also gives you the basic knowledge and background, but cannot replace the "hands on the job".
