The answer is that NON of the above options.  Sequence does matter when deciding the Marketing Mix as if you don't know the features,  benefits, weakness and strengths of the products, how can you decide its price, Place and promotion and other P's.  In my view the correct sequence of the Marketing Mix is:

Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process and Physical Evidence.

5. Sequence doesn't matter at all. if u can implement them correctly. 

In the money conscious South Asian market price is most important. This factor can be manipulated by the finance option and discounts. In a more prosperous market the more features u have on the product the better . Price is not that important.
