An antiphrasis is a word or group of words used in place of their antonyms; I think such use is usually intended to be rude or funny.

I found examples on the Internet, such as referring to a big-muscled man as "tiny."

An oxymoron is a phrase with two words with opposite meanings.

Antiphrasis : This giant of3 feet4 inches (Merriam Webster Dictionary)

Oxymoron: Standard deviation

Oxymora might seem stupid or nonsensical on the surface, but they carry a subtler meaning when examined in depth.
