What make up a team, how do we rate a team? I give my self to work and willing to learn new things, share ideas and give basic support to team work.

The team is formed according to the work requirements and skills required by each job. The team is evaluated by comparing the skills of each staff member with the skills needed for the job. As well as the extent to which the objectives of the organization or project have been achieved.

Team work has to do with a group of individual coming together to attain a single goal as on body by contributing ideas and skills together.

Motivation and knowledge about the work is most important in order to lay a strong foundation for the team.
