What is the biggest challenge in your daily work? How do yo deal with it?

the timing of preparation, picking, checking and dispatching.

i manage to assign and allocate all my staff to different designation with multiple task to manage the operation to meet the standard time requirements of deliveries.

time matter in my all work.

i manage my work on daily basis very effictvly and efficiently.
