As a Manager you have many things to do for your Company.
01.First of all you have to do your duty properly.
02.Make a close observation around you and your working area. You must find something to do what will bring good result for your company.
03.Arrange a meeting with your manpower and discuss with them. Make a conclusion on the basis of the discussion and try to implement it.
04.You can study the “Kaizen”. It is a Japanese theory of continuous development. Personally I was benefited by this study and my company was also benefited.
Finally, as a manager you should have the ability to handle everything related to your responsibility. If you can increase your observation and analytical ability then you can find many things for the betterment of your company.
