If new PM joined the project and decide to kick you out of project, after 50% of the project completed , what the advice for correct action?

First we need to know why this PM is going to be kicked out. This need to be done by holding a meeting between the PM and the project sponsor to discuss this issue and the consequences to be affected for the project.

1. Ask why ?

2. Ask for certificate of completed half of it.

3.If it is not fair, you will get better place, because you are qualified.
