MCB is Miniature Circuit Breaker and mainly used in homes. It breaks at rated current of100A. MCCB is Molded-Case Circuit breakers and it breaks at1000A or higher.

MCB is a miniature circuit breaker which is used to break small currents. Mostly in domestic LT circuits. The current rating is up to100 A. MCCB is a Module case circuit breaker which has a rugged construction as it can break larger currents usually from100amp and above
