In my View, I took all his criticism as a feedback and make myself corrections and I seen my real growth there. Always we need a person to criticize to explore ourselves.. Share you thought!!
Criticisms are welcomed as it has double benefit of Employees Involvement in ongoing business process and also as a Self Evaluation mechanism just like Customer feedback. If this criticism is evaluated objectively involving the contributor and best outcome agreed upon both by myself and the criticism contributor, it will result in better output and organisational effectiveness.
