How to Handle if someone from your Team/N/w is Criticizing your work at work Environment. As it common everywhere.?

Criticisms are welcomed as it has double benefit of Employees Involvement in ongoing business process and also as a Self Evaluation mechanism just like Customer feedback. If this criticism is evaluated objectively involving the contributor and best outcome agreed upon both by myself and the criticism contributor, it will result in better output and organisational effectiveness.
