What is the role of fresh civil engineer graduate during his first employment?

Civil engineer during the first employment implementation of the civil Building project Road construction project at site and to implement the approved prepared design and drawing of the company 

The first and major thing is helping architect to design the building, see all aspects that need to show in map, then survey land, after that make a team for structure, make a report on daily basis, make sure the concrete strength, level of water, grade of steel, twisted or plane, diameter of steel, length of wall, pillars, brackets etc. All these things are included in responsibilities of civil engineers. But nowadays, so many civil engineers don't do anything, they get all these works from their juniors or internee. They usually sign reports and then submit to the client or higher designated officer.
