Hi _ The best Resume is one where the employer can easily understand the qualification and experince of candidates, these days, they get lots of job applications to view/review, a resume is which is having a headline at the top with area of work and contact no too available on top, would be more easiar to read, one should never include something which is not relevant.....

The best resume should be basic and clear. Sometimes simplicity is all it takes for a great resume.

A resume that is tailored to the job description and contains keywords from it (in a meaningful context, not just a jumble of words!). In many cases the first screening is done by a computer, and if your CV lacks matching keywords, you won't be selected. It should also be easily readable and truly showcase your relevant experience. If you have solid experience in the field you're applying for, a traditional chronological CV will serve you well. A combination of a functional and chronological CV (where you summarise your relevant skills at the beginning and then proceed to list your past positions) usually works best when you want to change the direction in your career, e.g. if you have always worked in admin but want to switch to HR, you would put an outline of all the HR-related responsibilities you've had in your career first, such as maintaining employee records, assisting with visa processing or helping to arrange job interviews. A purely functional CV is quite rare and is used in cases where your career up to date isn't very relevant to the position you're applying for, like when you want to turn your hobby or freelance activity into a full-time job.
