How can a fresh graduate get experience as every employer rejects by saying you are inexperience, how to get experience if no one give chance???

I think that our future is in the hands of young generation. If fresh graduates are not properly trained by the experienced people around no industry can excell. We should go togather, the experienced one and the new workers and then good things would come out.
