Better talent or the excellent graduted?

The best potential candidate to choose is the better talented one as talent is a reflection of personality and it can be built upon , whereas the success of the excellent graduated one can be as a result of the school he or she attended , the courses he or she took , and the lecturers he or she had . The fact that the person is an excellent graduate does not reflect on if he or she would be a good worker , it probably just means he or she has really good studying skills.  He or she could probably lack social skills or soft skills such as Teamwork, Flexibility/Adaptability, Self-confidence, ability to accept and learn from criticism , and strong work ethic . Above all , the best candidate would be one who is both talented , and also academically excellent.
