What are some new trends and features that would be great to add to a new home under construction?

Automation systems, though it's not new to house designing, yet it's still not very spread and adds more comfort. its installation is much easier if done during construction process rather than to add it afterwardsanother thing is the roof gardens, with multi purpose facilities, like small pools , greens, shaded sitting areas...etc. even for small roofs or terraces, it's very healthy, stylish, and adds more value to that ignored unused space in more than % of the houses
