dye made by water solvent comes from solvent , although its the same liquid base material but solvent stands out for outdoor using and stands moreand dye, dye its for indoor, but the toxic also have big different where solvent its hazardous, that in some country like singapore. Now days mostly using ecosolvent ink which are more eco friendly material
