What i have heard that finding a good job is tough in middle east, one must have to have good understanding of local language, competition is tough so loaded with good qualification and certifications other wise high profile jobs are hard to find.
Job market in the Middle East is a lot more competitive now than before. It is difficult to stood out between a large number of other experienced job seekers.
Major problem is that recommendation & influence is happening behind the scene which affects the real talent from reaching to good organization. Many a times even the application of CV of highly skilled talents are not even reaching at the right places due to people who wish to hire relatives or friends.
Hi
I think the major problem is availability of less paid expat manpower.
Employers in middle-east are much relying on expat manpower available for less payment.
I think it is a lack of experience.
I think the main challenges are faced by locals.
local talents are striving to join Multinational companies to learn the best in class practices & get the best possible experience and training; however they are faced by certain expats nationalities who are masters in playing politics at work and position these poor locals as useless people.
In middle-east, biggest challenges are lack of dignity and too much of greed that impact negatively on employees self-esteem.
