What's the most important thing you look for in a new job: salary, experience, work environment?

Many criterias play an important role when we are looking for a new job :1- Work environment : is it confortable( no noise or disturbing area),does the team that we will work with have a pleasant attitude or not ,is the light in the room good for our view..2- Salary : it's important but for my opinion it depends if the company appreaciate the degrees & the experiences or not3- Experience: it's already an essential reason to gain experience while looking for a new job4- HR Department: does exist an HR Department that fights for its employees and guide them in their career inside the company, is there a career & development plan, is there a training plan , benefit plan..5- Company's Location :is it near our house location or is it far and does the company give transportation or not because some companies don't give interest to the transportation Eventually, all things related to a new job are important but for the Most essential thing is to love what we are applying for because when you love your work you'll be always creative.
