How to apply Quality control and quality assurance processes in construction field ?

Qulaity Assurance is for outgoing product. In construction if the product is residential building then QA is to deliver as per specs sold to customer

Quality control is for incoming product. In construction indistry if the product is electrical switches then QC is to ensure that all the switches are working as expected , and failed ones are retunred back to supplier.

Check the contractors work for alignment and measures and check the paperwork is done correctly for the supervisors.
