Bayt should work on more widespread international job portfolio. It might have the potential to become the No.1 site for high quality international (expat) job offers, but is until now the protfolio is too much centered on the Middle-East.
Don't try to compete with Monster, but start to fill in the gaps first and focus on the main regional languages. Growth can be realized in several steps:
1. Maghreb: To reach the Maghreb, the user interface should be in French and Arabic. There is a real need for a high quality international website.
2. Central and West Africa: Also in those countries French is the most common language. There is a fast growth and need for agro-technical professionals and services.
3. India - focus on IT and infrastructure.
4. Latin America - can only be reached when the interface in multilingual (Spanish, Portugese, English).
